Got my order wrong and charged me

I have posts already cemented in the ground for hanging a sign. I gave Dauna the measurements the sign needed to be in order to hang on my posts. She quoted me $80. She said it would be done by a certain date. I gave her the $80. When I called to pick up the sign she said George had left town to visit her grandson so it wouldn't be ready on time. Then she told me I'd ordered a banner, not a sign, so I had to go in with another $100. Finally, when my sign was ready and I went to pick it up it was huge and not the dimensions I'd specified at all. There was no way it was going to hang from my posts. They didn't care. I took the sign home to see if I could do something, but as I knew there was nothing I could do. I was stuck with their mistake. I asked them to pay for it, but they won't respond. The first day I went in there was a lovely woman there in tears because of the ugly banner they'd made for her mother's birthday. I felt so bad for her. Dauna didn't show a sign of concern, she just told the poor woman to pay her more money and she'd make another banner. Of course, there wasn't time to do that. I had bells going off watching this--why didn't I pay attention and get out of there?!!!
